Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, tournaments, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Economy Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected.

Free Standard Shipping is available on eligible orders of ₹3,500 or above within India.

International Shipping

MasterSeam™ ships to selected countries worldwide.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 7–28 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout or based on the shipping destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local government charges applicable in their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the shipment is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
