Refund policy

At MasterSeam™, we are committed to providing premium-quality cricket equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift Cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping package

We will inspect the claim and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally completed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may instead request a return in accordance with this policy.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country. These charges are not refundable by MasterSeam™.
